These pull-ups come with a 4 layer snap in hemp insert. They have a pocket at the back to stuff with what ever works best for you. They have 3 waist options to make them bigger and smaller and elasticated sides to make them easy to pull up and down. They have a double gusset charcoal inner with a PUL panel to help stop leaks.
